Tina provides a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental environment for people to explore interpersonal concerns as well as relationships with others. She provides individual, family, and couples therapy with specialty areas that include: depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship concerns (intimate and/or familial), divorce, abuse, parenting difficulties, stepfamily dynamics, and addiction. Tina loves to work with adolescents and young adults, AND is happy to see people of all ages. She is highly intuitive and uses a variety of therapeutics models tailored to meet each client’s specific needs. Clients find her to be very personable, funny, and direct – yet gentle.
Tina holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota and is licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide mental health therapy. Tina has over 15 years of experience providing counseling in schools, hospitals, and clinic settings, facilitating support groups, teaching and writing.
