Jayme Hanson

Through guided self-discovery, Jayme will invite you to challenge the strategies that have outlived their usefulness. She specializes in trauma, anxiety/depression, work-stress, and life transitions.

Background

Jayme's journey into therapy was deeply influenced by her upbringing, witnessing her parents' struggles with mental health issues. This exposure fostered a deep curiosity about human resilience, the nervous system, and the healing potential of therapy.

She believes that each person is the expert in their own life. In her sessions, Jayme creates a space where your commitment to self-growth is met with active engagement. Together, you’ll explore issues like stress, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, or disordered eating. These conditions are often tied to deeper concerns like self-worth, shame, trauma, and identity, which is where much of the work is focused.

Her counseling approach is rooted in the latest evidence-based practices, delivered in a modern, collaborative framework. Jayme works with teenagers, adults, and couples from diverse backgrounds, including neurodivergent, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities.
